Next   ›  Mouse Tracking

Mouse Tracking

Gain a sense of how long it takes for users to find critical links on webpages.

Mouse Tracking allows you to play back visitor pageviews individually or as a group. Tracing out visits as coloured paths, Mouse Tracking gives you a sense of where users are entering, moving within and exiting individual pages.

Single User Mouse Tracking

This mode allows you to view visitor sessions individually, giving you an unprecedented level of detail into how users move about your webpages.

Multi User Mouse Tracking

This view plays back all visitor sessions for a page at once, great for getting a macro view of behaviour trends.

Speed Controls

Play, pause, speed up or slowdown playback, giving you complete control to analyse visitor movements.

Tips

Long straight lines indicate the use of scroll wheels. Many paths emerging from a single point indicate the location of a button from the previous page that brought the user to the current page.

Page Navigation

Identify potential navigation confusion, which pages are most popular and what path users are taking to get there.

Page Navigation is a dynamic, animated navigator that highlights visitor movement throughout the architecture of your website. Page Navigation is available in two modes, Departures and Arrivals, making it easy to understand the flow out of pages and in to pages respectively.

Page Departures

Discover the flow of visitors out of a webpage and into another. Follow the trail to get an idea of how users move throughout your entire website.

Page Arrivals

Page Arrivals performs the reverse function of Page Departures, helping you visualise the flow of visitors into a webpage.

Follow the Trail

Click on each webpage node to travel to that node. Page Navigation's animated, colour coded diagrams, make it easy to understand which webpages users are flowing to and from.

Dynamic Tooltips

Tooltips help you drill down further - simply hover over a node to reveal the total pageviews and links in to that page.

Next   ›   Browser Sizes

Browser Sizes

View your website in the most popular browser sizes used by your visitors.

Hover over a browser size to see how website visitors see your pages. Handy tooltips help you understand the resolution used and percentage of users viewing in that resolution.

Other Mouse Eye Tracking Features

Management Console

A compact interface panel that allows you to control Mouse Eye Tracking output. Use the drop down menus to select the page, date range and analysis mode you wish to view.

Tunnel Vision
